The job will involve developing product assembly methods and processes for manual, semi & fully automated equipment. You will be expected to manage the specification, build, validation and implementation of products and also provide fault identification, correction and process improvement on existing equipment. A Bristol based engineering company is looking for experienced CNC Miller / Turner operators to work at their company on a permanent basis. The job will involve working on either days or nights, operating CNC machinery producing products for various sectors, whilst ensuring company standards to quality and health and safety are met.

This is a permanent role for the right person, so to apply candidates must have CNC operating experience, preferably with setting experience. Ideally the right candidate would have worked in a role operating CNC or conventional miller or turner machinery. The company is seeking people who want to work on nights Monday to Friday, who are flexible to work on days or weekends when required.

The job will be permanent for the right person, so to apply you must have CNC operating experience, preferably with setting / programming experience, have knowledge of FANUC and HEIDENHEIM machinery, to work from engineering drawings and have knowledge of machine programming. Ideally the right candidate would have worked in a similar role previously. There are opportunities to work on a day shift Monday to Friday or to work on a night shift Monday to Thursday. The role will be fixed to one shift, with overtime available throughout the week.
